Narrow Gate Developments began with a simple passion for transformation. In 2005, Steve and his wife Anna purchased their first home and eagerly took on the challenge of renovating it themselves. They quickly discovered how much they enjoyed the process — bringing new life to a space, solving problems, and creating something both functional and beautiful.

What started as a personal project soon turned into something more. Friends began asking for help with their own renovations, and before long, word spread. Through referrals and a growing reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliability, Steve found himself taking on more and more projects. It was from this natural progression that Narrow Gate Developments was born.

Over the years, the company has grown into a team of 20+ skilled professionals, each bringing expertise in various aspects of construction and design. Today, Narrow Gate Developments offers a full range of services, including interior and exterior renovations, custom home builds, and multi-family deep energy retrofits.
