Steve has been in construction for as long as he can remember — long before Narrow Gate was founded in 2007. With decades of hands‑on experience, he leads the company with a blend of deep industry knowledge, practical problem‑solving, and a commitment to doing things the right way. His leadership style is grounded, approachable, and built on trust.

Anyone who’s met Steve knows he’s always in motion. At any given moment, he’s juggling three phone calls, answering emails, coordinating with the crew, driving to the next site, and somehow still managing to eat a burger — all at the same time. His ability to keep everything moving forward is legendary, and it’s a big part of what makes Narrow Gate run as smoothly as it does.
